my dad passed away unexpectedly and it took over 3 months for this company to finalize his life insurance claim. my dad paid into this policy for years and when we needed it the most, they let us down with no explanation. the worst part of everything was the lack of communication. we had to reach out to a claims advocate and even she couldn't get a straight answer. we had to wait until they decided to get around to it. i'm very disappointed in this insurance company as they failed us during a very difficult time.
