neldal inc. is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and they never seem to be able to get anything right. i have had to call them multiple times to correct mistakes they have made on my policy, and they have even lost my policy information on more than one occasion. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
