after a few years of being a loyal customer to integrity advisors agency i'm giving them 3 stars for lack of response from my agent. not sure if they are too busy or my account isn't a priority but i haven't received a call back from my agent in weeks. as far as coverage i've had no complaints and they have some of the most competitive rates in the area.
