texas made htx inc llc is easily the worst insurance agents my family has ever encountered. they are not upfront with pricing and the premium price just kept increasing with no explanation. when i asked for a breakdown of the charges, they could not provide one. this agency will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign up. but once you are a customer service goes out the window, they refuse to return phone calls and are extremely rude. the customer service representative that i spoke to multiple times hung up the phone on me.
