we received our homeowners insurance renewal, after 10 yrs of perfect payments and no claims and our coverage mysteriously dropped from 250k to 100k. be careful, they'll drop your coverage when it suits them. we will be canceling our policy soon.
cici did a great job getting us the best possible deal. she was very professional and efficient. i would definitely recommend the agency.
