premier insurance llc has very bad customer service. i've been with this company for over 5 years, and i've never had a problem with them until now. i recently had to file a claim, and it has been a nightmare. the claims adjuster has been rude and unhelpful, and i've been waiting for over a month for my claim to be processed. i'm very disappointed with the way i've been treated, and i would not recommend this company to anyone.
