lb insurance has been insuring my home and auto for almost a decade now. i have never had a problem and they have always been there for me when i needed them. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
this office consistently fails to call back when they say they will. the receptionist, tiffany, is always very polite and apologetic but never fails to drop the ball on returning calls. i've dealt specifically with jamie and heather. jamie has been good at getting back to me but heather has not been. i called 3 times in one day and left 3 messages with tiffany for heather to call me back. as of today, 7/22/2023, heather has not called me back. she did send me a text on 7/21/2023 saying she'd call me today but she, yet again, failed to call. i'm at a loss for words because this office has failed to return calls for years. they did it to my husband and they continue to do so to me.
