i am filing this complaint to inform you of the unethical practice of this business. without consent, melanie hardy insurance took $362.84 from my bank account to pay for car insurance that had already been canceled. since the insurance policy was canceled and i was not notified, i was unable to find other coverage prior to being in an accident. melanie hardy insurance did not respond to me after multiple attempts to contact them regarding this issue. i had to report this fraudulent activity to my bank and now my account is closed and i can't access any of my money. i would like to be reimbursed the full amount and for this issue to be resolved.
