adila insurance is the absolute worst! to start, the agents are absolutely incompetent. the first agent i dealt with was jennifer, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. i asked her for a quote on renters insurance and she told me she would email it to me. i never received the email, so i called back a few days later and spoke to another agent named ashley. ashley was just as unhelpful as jennifer. she told me that she couldn't give me a quote over the phone and that i would have to come into the office. i went into the office and met with ashley in person. she was no more helpful in person than she was over the phone. she gave me a quote that was much higher than i was expecting. i told her that i was not interested in the quote and she told me that i would have to pay a cancellation fee. i was so frustrated that i just paid the cancellation fee and left. i will never do business with adila insurance again.
