shout out to this insurance agency, especially to jeff berry and alex diaz, for making my house and auto insurance buying experience the most personable and comprehensive process i have ever experienced. i am beyond grateful for the patience jeff and alex took with me on this complex process, since i am a new home buyer and was not too familiar with the details and nuances of insuring my newfound home. i also really appreciate them for not pressuring me to buy my auto policy with them, as i have a bit of a unique situation with my cars, but they were incredibly understanding and still gave me the same level of attention and customer service i received when we were discussing home insurance. thank you to jeff and alex as well for being incredibly responsive to my multiple questions and requests; my calls were answered, texts were replied to, and emails were answered promptly. the service jeff and alex provided was top-notch, and i will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
