my customer service agent, jason hanson, was very attentive and immediately understood my need. after explaining my requirements in detail, he began gathering customer data so as to get me the best quote and deal. within minutes, he was done collecting and send the collected data to multiple auto insurance providers for quote review. i was sent a quote comparison spread sheet with detailed monthly premiums and discounts offered by each insurance company. i chose the one that best suited my needs and budget and jason promptly sent a copy of the policy to me. he also gave me a welcome packet that included a copy of the insurance card and policy coverage details. i would definitely recommend their services and jason in particular, to my friends and family.
