this place is truly horrible. the insurance agent that helped me with homeowners insurance was rude and did not seem interested in helping me. truly terrible customer service.
when i moved to austin i needed renters insurance and tried calling to get a quote from emag. the agent was super nice and helpful. answered all my questions without sounding bothered. i decided to go with them and have since re-upped twice. i would efinitely recommend emag beaumont hd llc to anyone looking for insurance.
