"the best agent in new jersey. i called a week before my insurance lapsed to get a quote. the agent that i worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. she gave me a quote within minutes and i had my insurance within an hour."
"very friendly staff, but having an issue with them where i paid for a policy and after almost 2 weeks did not receive my policy card so i can't get my tags for my vehicle. am i suppose to wait until they send it to me? it's been almost 2 weeks now.
"they didn't complete the registration process for my car and i wasted two entire days waiting for a response. furthermore, i asked the agent about registration and she claimed that it was included in my policy but it wasn't. nowadays, i am trying to get in contact with them to cancel my policy but to no avail, no one is answering the phones."
