the coverage is good overall. however there are a lot of hidden fees that were not clear in the initial sign up process. the 6 monthly installments are due 2 weeks apart instead of the usual 1 month apart. this may put some strain on some customers. customer service is not 24/7 so if you have an emergency having to wait 1 or 2 days for a call back may seem like an eternity. overall good value for what you pay but it could be a lot better.
