*worst insurance agency to date...i will never use this agency again. every time i call with a question it takes 30 mins for them to answer, and they never really answer the question. i really do not understand why story insurance agency was recommended to me. i've been with this agency for 4 months and every interaction with them is a complete catastrophe. i called yesterday to speak with my agent and was told that she was out of the office. i asked to schedule an appointment and they said they would call me back with a time she was available. i am still waiting for a call back. my last straw was when i called yesterday because i received a bill and was not sure what it was for. i was then informed that there had been a mistake in my payments. i have been paying for life insurance, but they applied the payments to car insurance instead. so they withdrew the payment i had just made for life insurance and took back the refund i had gotten for the car insurance payment error. so they have now stolen my money and i am without life insurance. i could have been killed in a tragic accident and my family would not have received any money from this insurance agency. they are extremely incompetent and i fired them today. run away from this agency!!!
