I would not recommend using this company to anyone. I am moving out of state and called to cancel my homeowners insurance. I was then told by the agent he was going to refund me 522.24. I waited 2 weeks and the money was not in my account. I called back and was told it takes 21 business days. At 21 business days, the money was still not in my account. Once again, I called back and was told I am going to get a check in the mail. I never received the check and finally had to open a claim against the insurance company to get my refund. Please don't use this company.
