i have been a customer of east texas storage for over 2 years. they have always been very accommodating and helpful. the facility is secured with security cameras and locked doors with pin access. they also have mail services where they will sign for your packages and hold them until you can pick them up. the staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need.
i would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the facility is not clean or secure.
