i have been a customer of this agency for over 10 years and have always been pleased with their service. they are always responsive to my needs and have helped me to save money on my insurance premiums. i highly recommend them.
this agency is extremely unprofessional. upon arriving at the office the place was a total mess. the receptionist was rude, the agent was late for our appointment, and the agent did not seem to know what he was talking about. i guess i got what i paid for as i only went with them because of their low rates. do not use this agency unless you are ok with receiving poor service.
i am very disappointed with this agency. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had any problems. however, recently i had a claim and the agency was very difficult to work with. they did not return my calls or emails and when i finally did get someone on the phone, they were rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
