i would not recommend this company to anyone who has a choice. after asking for quotes from several insurance agencies, i chose them. i never received all of the insurance cards and when i did receive the few i did, they were wrong. i had to call and get them resent more than 5 times, each one with a different excuse as to how they messed them up. eventually, when i got the final bill, they were charging me double what i was told i would pay. customer service was rude, and became increasingly less helpful and more annoyed each time i called. they have now threatened me with dropping my coverage. i will consider this a blessing if they do, as i will be going with a company that values customer service and honesty. i am very disappointed.
micheal smith insurance has been the best decision i've made for my insurance. they make it easy to understand your coverage and give you the best possible rate. i highly recommend them.
