platinum enrollment solutions llc does not care about their customers or providing good service. i have been a customer for over a year and have had nothing but problems. the customer service is terrible and they are impossible to get a hold of. i have been trying to cancel my policy for over a month and they have not responded to any of my requests. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
