the insurance agency 'brittany wren agency' is a joke. when we purchased our personal auto policy, we were promised a payment plan by the agent we met with. however, this was not the case. we were told 6 months later that the policy was canceled due to non payment and we were liable for the full 6 months premium. we tried to work with them on a payment plan and they refused. we have since found another insurance company and will never go back to brittany wren.
