mbte enterprise llc dba keith & keith insurance group in mcallen tx at 2211 n 23rd st is a complete waste of time, energy and the courteousness of customers. i went to obtain a quote for home and auto insurance and they seemed nice and professional at the time of the initial meeting. but after 2 weeks of no follow ups, i called and was laughed at by a staff member for being insistent on getting an insurance quote. after getting hung up on, i called back and was told that the agent that was "helping" me, maricela robles, was no longer with the company and not to bother them anymore. Overall, this is not a business that i would recommend to anyone and if you value your time, money and sanity, i would advise you to find an insurance agency that values its customers.
