"you pay for what you get here. the quote and coverage i received was excellent compared to other companies. however, the lass of communication and customer support is very weak. after the initial quote, it was like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone and/or email. i'm hoping this is just a case of growing pains but it is very disappointing so far. i will update my review if/when things improve."
