executive premier title, llc is beyond awful and i would give them zero stars if i could! do not use this company if you want your closing to happen! we worked with iris in the plano office and it took her 3 months to close a cash purchase! we had to call the underwriter ourselves to finish the closing process because she was never returning our calls or emails. the underwriter was the one who finally had to tell us what was needed to close the deal--something iris should have known. i spoke to the manager, ****** ********, and he admitted to her poor performance and said she would be written up. i have had the wonderful experience of buying multiple homes in my lifetime and have never had such a frustrating and awful experience as i have had with this company! save yourself the headache and go with a different title company.
