i have been a customer of smart choice corp. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. the agents are always helpful and friendly and have always been able to answer my questions. i have never had any problems with my policy and have always been able to get the coverage i need at a fair price.
terrible company to do business with. the agents are rude, unprofessional and have no knowledge of insurance policies. i have been with this company for over 5 years and have never had a good experience. i am currently trying to cancel my policy and they are making it very difficult. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
i don't usually do this but i have an unresolved issue with smart choice corp. i had a usaa auto insurance policy and since then i have had nothing but problems. smart choice corp. is authorized to collect money on behalf of usaa and they deducted a premium payment from my bank account on 9/23/22. the issue is that the policy is no longer active at usaa. i contacted my bank and found out that they aren't able to dispute the transaction because smart choice corp. has already cashed the check. i also contacted aaa (usaa) and they told me to contact smart choice corp. to refund the money. it's been days now and i have yet to hear from smart choice corp. i tried contacting them and i just get the run around. i'm hoping that someone reads this and can escalate this issue.
