cade taylor insurance services are a horrible insurance agency. if you are looking for an insurance agency do not go with cade taylor. i've been with cade taylor for a few years now and have had no issues but recently i have had the worst experience ever. i called to get a new id card because i lost mine and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. she told me i needed to pay for a new id card when i had already paid for one with my policy. i explained to her that i had already paid for one and she continued to argue with me. finally, after arguing with her for a few minutes, she agreed to send me a new id card. a week later i still had not received my id card so i called back. this time i spoke to a different girl who was just as rude as the first one. she told me that they had not sent my id card because i had not paid for it. i explained to her that i had already paid for it and she continued to argue with me. finally, after arguing with her for a few more minutes, she agreed to send me a new id card. two weeks later i still had not received my id card so i decided to go into the office. when i got to the office the girl at the front desk was extremely rude. she told me that i needed to fill out a form to get a new id card. i filled out the form and gave it to her. she then told me that i would have to wait for the manager to approve my request. i waited for over an hour and the manager never came out. finally, i just left. i will never do business with cade taylor again.
