i contacted this company about a year ago for a free quote. i was surprised on how fast they were able to find me what i wanted. after that experience i went with aurinity for life, home, and auto insurance. i've had my fair share of insurance companies but i must say this is by far the best. i saved a good amount of money on switching over. the customer service reps are very informative and respectful. i will be with this company for a very long time.
every time i call the office whether for a payment or to make changes to a policy i never have to wait to speak to a representative. the staff is always willing to assist you with whatever your need may be. i've been with them for 4 years and i plan to stay with them. i highly recommend this company to anyone in need of insurance.
there aren't many insurance companies like this one. they were able to give me affordable policies. unlike other companies that act like customer service is a bother aurinity is not like that. they are quick to respond to calls and questions and they always try their best to get you situated. choosing aurinity was a great choice and i am happy with what they provide me with.
