i went to the sycamore location today. amy and tate were so helpful! i am very busy and they made it super easy. i would highly recommend them. they are very professional and provide excellent customer service. i will continue to return there because of them.
this location did not have enough staff to handle the number of people trying to be helped. i feel that they are understaffed. it made us feel like they were not willing to help us. they did not want to answer our questions and when they finally did they were not willing to help us. i hope it was just a one time thing based upon what people have said it does not seem that way though.
