mfins, inc is a terrible insurance agency. i have been with them for less than a year and i have already had several problems. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and they have made several mistakes on my policy. i would not recommend mfins, inc to anyone.

mfins, inc customer service is horrible. i called on monday and spoke to a representative named deborah harrisson who was very rude and unprofessional. i was trying to inquire about my policy and she kept cutting me off and talking over me. she also refused to give me her supervisor's name or contact information. i am very disappointed with the service i received and i will be taking my business elsewhere.
