"dealing with usher risk management was the worst experience ever. they should have been called usher risk avoidance because they did their best to avoid assisting me or answering my billing questions and concerns. when speaking to the office manager i was hung up on multiple time so i requested to speak to the owner, timothy usher, who was even more rude and dismissive. timberly usher, receptionist and office manager, and her husband, timothy usher, should not be in the customer service business. i would never recommend them to anyone."
