relation insurance services great lakes, inc. is a joke of a company to deal with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently had a claim and they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. they have denied my claim and have refused to give me any reason why. i have called and emailed them multiple times and have not received a response. i am so frustrated with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
