the worst agency i have ever had the misfortune of working with. the staff are rude and unprofessional, and are incapable of doing the most basic tasks. i have had to call numerous times just to get a simple claim issue resolved. the only positive experience i had was when i was able to cancel my policy and switch to a more reliable agency.
