i've had affordable life for a year now and their customer service is the worst. i had a question about my policy and i called their customer service number. i was on hold for over 30 minutes and when i finally got through, the representative was rude and unhelpful. she didn't seem to know what she was talking about and she couldn't answer my question. i'm very disappointed with affordable life and i would not recommend them to anyone.
