at first, i was hesitant to start an insurance policy with this company because i am not familiar with the company at all, and they have very few reviews online. however, after speaking with several different people, i decided to take a chance. they were very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. i am glad i took the chance and started my home insurance with them. they have great customer service and i have never had a problem getting a question answered. they also have a very user-friendly website and app that make it easy to manage my account. i highly recommend this insurance company to anyone looking for a great company.
