mr. kimberly is a sweetheart! at this location, he is the golden ticket, the needle in the haystack, the diamond in the rough! my experience at this location was top tier. i arrived this morning to add a vehicle to my policy, spoke with kimberly and i left beyond satisfied. he went above and beyond for me and even provided a discount. he is very polite, patient and is a great asset to your team. i truly appreciate all of his help and will definitely be back to see him in the future. thank you kimberly for the a+ customer service!
