i have been a customer of butler & messier for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to my questions and have always been able to help me find the best coverage for my needs. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
i had to call the office many times to get anything done. i was constantly given the runaround. i was happy with the policy itself, but the service was terrible. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
