i have been a customer of frost & conn inc. for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am satisfied. i have never had any problems with my insurance coverage, and i feel confident that i am well-protected. i would highly recommend frost & conn inc. to anyone looking for an insurance company.
great service! a friend of mine recommended this place as i needed to find a new insurance company for my auto insurance. i live in pennsylvania where winters can be tough so i need an insurance company who will work with me should something happen to my vehicle. i spoke with an agent named cindy. she was very pleasant over the phone and answered the questions i had about the policy. i ended up adding renter's insurance to my plan as well, which increased my monthly premium a bit, but it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing i won't lose everything if my apartment catches fire. i've been with frost & conn inc. for about 6 months now and haven't had any issues or claims, but it's nice to know i'm covered. i would recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.
