terrible experience! i recently purchased a new car, and i was required to get new insurance. i called capitol metro financial services, inc., got a quote, and purchased a policy. when i received my policy in the mail, i noticed that the premium was much higher than the quote i was given. i called the company to inquire about the discrepancy, and i was told that the agent who quoted me made a mistake. i was also told that i could cancel my policy within 30 days for a full refund if i was not satisfied with the service. i decided to give the company a chance to correct the mistake, but i was very disappointed with the service i received.
