i was disappointed to say the least not only do i wait on hold but when i do get a agent they are short and rude. i had to pay out of pocket for a prescription that my doctor ordered because they did not want to do a peer to peer had to pay out of pocket for my inhaler and i still haven’t been reimbursed. when i call to check on the payment i get rudeness i get sent to the wrong department but no matter where i’m sent they all have attitudes and they do not want to be bothered with a phone call. i have been a loyal customer for years and i will be changing my insurance as soon as possible. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
