kmda has by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced from an insurance company. the reps are rude and unhelpful, and they have consistently failed to resolve my problems. they seem to go out of their way to make it difficult to do business with them. i would avoid this company at all costs.
i have been with kmd agency for several years now and i have no complaints. the staff is always quick to respond to my inquiries and they have always been able to help me find the best insurance rates. i would highly recommend this company to anyone.
kmds staff is always friendly. they do keep you on hold sometimes but once you speak with someone they are always helpful with my requests. it has been such a frustrating experience and getting a hold of them is impossible.
