this office is the worst. if i could give them zero stars i would. my husband and i filled out a form to get a life insurance quote online. they called us immediately. after the agent asked a few questions we told him we wanted to compare plans from two different companies. we were told he would call us back in ten minutes with the quotes. three weeks later and no call. i have called and left messages. no response. i called the insurance company directly and they said the agent had quit. the agent should have told us he would be leaving or had us speak with another agent. now we have to start from scratch and call around for quotes. it has caused us a lot of extra work and aggravation.

this is a great agency to work with. everyone i have worked with has been knowledgeable and friendly. they have always taken the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem with them.

i’ve used them to insure both my car and my motorcycle. they’ve been great! i’ve had to file a claim when i t-boned another car with my motorcycle. they were easy to work with, and although the process took a while, i got a great resolution.

called and got a very competitive quote for renters insurance. i was told that once the payment processed my certificate of insurance would be available in my online account. it has been three days and i have not gotten the certificate and called three times without a response. i am flying out next week and need the certificate before i leave. i am very frustrated.
