this is the worst insurance agency i have ever had! they are so rude and unhelpful. i had a claim and they wouldn't return my calls when i had questions about it. i had to cancel my policy and go with another company.
i had a great experience with this agency! they were very helpful when i had a claim. they were quick to respond to my questions and got me the coverage i needed.
very awful insurance company. they drop coverage when you need it most and string you along with half-truths and misleading statements in the meantime. they are extremely rude and have no empathy for the struggles their clients are gong through. agent "Wes" is particularly bad about returning calls and emails. this agency has made a very difficult time in my life even more difficult by their complete lack of professionalism and poor handling of my policy. i would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!
