my husband was recently killed in a car accident. one month after he died i was contacted by this firm. they kept calling me over and over. i repeatedly told them to stop calling. after several months of begging them to stop, i finally sent a certified letter to stop. three weeks after i sent the letter, they called me again. they told me that they don't have anyone in their office that handles these types of requests. i told them that i didn't care who handles them. they have the ability to input my request into a data base somewhere. all they have to do is do it. i am now receiving calls once again. i have never had to deal with a more incompetent organization. i cannot imagine how they stay in business. they sure do not provide any service.
