i was very impressed with hartley insurance group, llc. they were very professional and courteous, and they were able to get me the coverage i needed at a great rate.

hartley insurance group, llc, provided poor customer service and were not very responsive. i had to wait on hold for 30 minutes before speaking with someone who could help me, and i had to repeat my information multiple times. when i asked to speak with a manager, i was told that there was no one available.
