i have had to call their office a few time. i have called twice to ask questions about my insurance and was on hold over 20 minutes each time. the final straw was when i called to cancel my policy. i was on hold for 33 minutes! the person i spoke to when i finally got through said that the policy had already been cancelled for non-payment. i asked why i hadn't been notified and she said they sent me a notice 10 days ago. i never received the notice. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
