ioa re is a good insurance agency. they have been providing me with adequate service for the past 3 years. i have not had any major problems with them, but i have also not been overly impressed with their service. i would say they are a solid 3 out of 5.
ioa re is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. they have been nothing but a hassle since i signed up with them. they have lost my paperwork multiple times, they have charged me for services i did not receive, and they have been incredibly rude to me on several occasions. i would not recommend them to anyone.
