this agency has been fraudulently using my identity since early 2022. i have called the agent and corporate office at least eight times asking for it to be removed from my credit bureau. i have been hung up on every single time. i have filed a complaint with the department of insurance and my lawyers are currently handling the situation.
i have been with this agency for several years and they have been amazing! they are very responsive and helpful. i have had to file a few claims over the years and they have always been handled quickly and fairly. i highly recommend this agency.
