i had a great experience with newity insurance. the agent was very friendly and helpful. he was able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right policy for my needs. i would definitely recommend newity insurance to anyone who is looking for a great insurance company.

i just received my money from newity insurance, but it was a long rough road to get here. the agent who came to my house was very helpful and answered my many questions. the representative that i was assigned to at the office, kim, was very rude and unprofessional. i wanted to get my money as soon as possible, so when she asked for my i.d to make a copy of it, i gave it to her, even though i did not feel comfortable with that. she then tells me that i have to go get a form notarized and bring it back to her office. that seemed a little odd to me because i never heard of having to do that before. i called the notary and was told that state farm didn't require anything like that. i then contacted kim the next day to verify that she was correct and she told me yes, it was a requirement. i called state farm again and was told that she was incorrect. when i called kim back to let her know that she was wrong, she had a very nasty attitude. she was rude and condescending to me. i will never use newity insurance again and i will tell my friends and family not to either. this is the worst customer service i have ever received.
