the staff at tri county is amazing! i have been a customer for years and they have always been so helpful and friendly. they go above and beyond to make sure that i am happy with my insurance coverage. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
i would not recommend this agency to anyone. i went in to get renters insurance and the agent was very rude and dismissive. he didn't seem to want to help me and just kept trying to rush me out the door. i ended up going to another agency and had a much better experience.
