they are the worst, dont use them! i had them for three years and they were great at first, but then they completely changed, they took their time to help you with anything, and i mean months. they nickel and dime you on the small stuff. i had to leave them cause they are crooks.
i switched to them during open enrollment and have been very satisfied with their service. they have been very responsive and helpful. i received great advice from them about my coverage and have been very happy with their service.
their staff are just fraud, they lie to you and dont know their jobs. they dont care about their clients and their business. you are way better off with another agency. they wont help with claims, they dont know what they are doing, they keep you on the phone forever and then hand you off to someone else who also doesnt know what they are doing.
